Charvel Pro-Mod So-Cal Style 2 24 HH HT CM Satin Black 2022 Modified Electric - Description

This is a Charvel Pro-Mod So-Cal Style 2 24 HH HT Electric Guitar in Satin Black finish. Made in Mexico in 2022, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising an Alder body, Caramelized Maple neck and 24-fret Caramelized Maple fingerboard. Black hardware is fitted including a Charvel HT6 String-Through-Body Hardtail bridge & Charvel-Branded Die-Cast Locking tuners. A set of Fishman Fluence Open Core Modern Humbucking pickups are installed, and are wired to a master volume, master tone (push/pull voice 3 activation), 2-way mini-toggle (Voice 1/Voice 2), and a three-way pickup selector.

The ‘Speed Neck’ with rolled fingerboard edges feels well balanced and comfortable in the hand, and offers a slim feel which works very well for fast lead playing. The hand-rubbed Satin finish to the rear of the neck is incredibly smooth to the touch and allows the player to effortlessly glide up and down the register. The 12”-16” compound radius makes both chordal and lead playing comfortable as the fretboard gets flatter towards the upper register, providing the player with a solid grip for blistering solos. This is further accentuated by the Jumbo frets which enhance the feel of bending and vibrato techniques.

The pair of Fishman Fluence Open Core Modern humbucking pickups installed in this instrument deliver an impressive range of tones thanks to the 2-way mini-toggle and push/pull voice selection controls. Each pickup can be configured in a vintage or modern voicing at the tone pot. The neck pickup delivers a thick and full-bodied tone, perfect for lead lines and solos thanks to a powerful output. The bridge is of course brighter, cutting easily through the mix when driving the amp. A refined playing experience for the modern guitarist, and a wide range of tones that work in a plethora of musical settings.
